SoulSpeak is operated by Harpyx. In these terms, "SoulSpeak," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Harpyx and the SoulSpeak services.

These terms apply to your use of the SoulSpeak website, waitlist, mobile app, accounts, content, and related services.

By accessing or using SoulSpeak, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use SoulSpeak.

You must be legally capable of entering into these terms and must provide accurate, current information when signing up or contacting us.

If you create an account, you are responsible for your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your account is being misused or creates risk for SoulSpeak or others.

SoulSpeak is designed for wellness, reflection, and informational purposes only. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for licensed professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you believe you may be in danger or need urgent help, do not rely on SoulSpeak. Contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

Some SoulSpeak features may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider, and their billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms may also apply.

Unless applicable law or the relevant app store requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. We may change pricing or paid feature availability prospectively.

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SoulSpeak at any time, including features, content, integrations, or app store availability.

We do not guarantee that SoulSpeak will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. If we discontinue a paid service before the end of a prepaid term and cannot continue providing substantially the promised service, any refund, credit, or other remedy will be limited to what is required by applicable law or the relevant app store.

You may not use SoulSpeak to break the law or harm others.

You may not interfere with SoulSpeak, access accounts or data that are not yours, scrape or copy the service at scale, reverse engineer the service except where law does not allow that restriction, or use SoulSpeak to infringe intellectual property or other rights.

SoulSpeak, including its software, branding, design, text, audio, visuals, and other content, is owned by Harpyx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SoulSpeak for your personal, non-commercial use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulSpeak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not promise that SoulSpeak will meet every expectation, achieve any particular result, or operate without delay, interruption, or error.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to SoulSpeak will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable paid service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.

You may stop using SoulSpeak at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse the service, or if we discontinue SoulSpeak.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date above. By continuing to use SoulSpeak after the updated terms take effect, you agree to the revised terms.
