SoulSpeak is a product operated by Harpyx. Harpyx is the controller of personal information collected through the SoulSpeak services described in this policy.

This policy applies to the SoulSpeak website, mobile application, authenticated account features, personalized affirmations and playlists, support interactions, and account deletion requests.

If you use another Harpyx product, that product may have its own privacy terms or separate notices.

Depending on how you use SoulSpeak, we may collect:

Information you provide directly, such as your full name, email address, account credentials, support messages, and account deletion request details.

Profile and personalization data, such as selected goals, selected feelings, favorites, preferred voice, preferred background music, and related app preferences.

Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser or device type, app and server logs, timestamps, referrer data, and basic diagnostic information needed to operate and secure SoulSpeak.

If third-party sign-in is enabled for your version of SoulSpeak, we may also receive limited account details from identity providers such as Apple or Google.

We use personal information to:

operate, maintain, and secure SoulSpeak and its infrastructure;
create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and support account recovery or deletion;
personalize affirmations, playlists, and in-app settings based on your choices and preferences;
send transactional or service-related emails;
respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited website activity and technical data with advertising and measurement partners to understand campaign performance and help introduce SoulSpeak to people who may be interested in it.

Where applicable, we process personal information based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing SoulSpeak, performing our contract with you when you create or use an account, your consent where required for optional tracking technologies, and compliance with legal obligations.

The SoulSpeak website uses essential technologies needed for basic site operation and form handling. With your permission, we also use optional advertising and measurement technologies, including Google Ads and Meta Pixel, to understand website activity, measure campaign performance, and support our marketing efforts.

The SoulSpeak app or authenticated areas may store session, preference, or security information locally on your device so the service can function correctly.

These technologies may collect information such as IP address, browser or device details, page views, referrer information, and actions taken on the website, and may allow our partners to associate this activity with your browser or device. You can revisit these optional tracking choices at any time through the Cookie settings link in the website footer.

We share information only with service providers and partners that help us operate and promote SoulSpeak, such as hosting, infrastructure, storage, email delivery, authentication, spam prevention, customer support, and advertising or measurement providers.

Based on the current SoulSpeak stack, this may include providers such as Google Ads and Meta for advertising measurement and related marketing services, email providers such as Resend, cloud storage or asset hosting services such as AWS S3, and identity providers such as Apple or Google if those sign-in methods are enabled.

We may also disclose information if required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or support a merger, financing, or acquisition involving Harpyx or SoulSpeak.

Account and profile data are retained while your SoulSpeak account remains active and for a limited period afterward where necessary for security, legal compliance, backup integrity, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms.

Account deletion request records, security logs, and system diagnostics may be kept for a limited period to verify requests, prevent abuse, and maintain service integrity.

SoulSpeak services and providers may process data outside your country. When this happens, we apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the transfer and the nature of the personal information involved.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to data portability where applicable.

You may also request deletion of your SoulSpeak account by contacting contact@harpyx.com. If an in-app or web-based account deletion flow is available in your version of SoulSpeak, you may use that option as well.

On the website, you can also revisit your optional tracking choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents may have additional rights to know, delete, or correct certain personal information, subject to applicable law.

SoulSpeak is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to SoulSpeak, legal requirements, or our data practices. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here with a revised effective date.
